I’m Allison Jordan and I am Allison Cotignola and we write eppraisal.com’s new blog, Estate of Things. We started this blog because there seems to be so much news and information out there but most of it is for the real estate professionals. Working at eppraisal.com and being home owners ourselves we hear a ton of stories, tips and tricks that we think buyers and sellers need to know about. We don’t claim to be the authority but we know a few people that are and Estate of Things will give you the insight you need to buy or sell. So expect to see interviews with professionals, answers to your questions, news stories from around the nation and across the Web, and frank commentary about our own ups and downs as long time and new homeowners.
